The ITF is organizing an Online ITF IT – Umpire Course that will be conducted online on May 20th and May 21st, 2023 from 17.00 pm to 21.00 pm (UTC time).

Grand Master Michael held a senior degree grading in Newcastle NSW
Participants were put though Grand Master’s Daher senior grading syllabus.
GM focus is to have a set standard of Patterns through our region. Saying you have performed a pattern in front of a grand master is special. Saying that you have performed every pattern you know for a grand Master to be promoted to the next rank is next level.
The participants Trevor McIntyre NSW promoted to 6th Degree, Shannon Purser QLD promoted to 5th Degree & Carlo Giampietro certainly earnt their this promotion through the 4 hour testing.
One of New Zealand’s elite athlete Multiple World
Champion and coach will again be in Australia sharing this vast knowledge of
our art in Australia. Mr Trotter has worked with our National Association to
develop techniques and training philosophies to help lift the standard of the
Australian team and National Association member.
Recently promoted to 6th Degree Black
belt, Sabum Trotter will be our main instructor at this prestigious event held
on the Gold Coast, Queensland Australia
With the World Cup in Slovenia in October 2020 the NA has put forward it’s first seminar for 2020, continuing the growth plans of our athletes & coaches, Master Cariotis the new coaching director is planning big things for 2020/21 ready for a bring future for our competitors and coaches.
4th Gup is our entry level for this event.

Grand Master Michael Daher conducted a senior Degree testing
at the ITF Fitness Centre Sydney.
7 National Association Clubs & their Candidates participated
The promotion was held on behalf of the International
Taekwon-Do Federation, promotions for eligible candidates from 1st
Degree and 6th Degree were in attendance from seven National
Association Clubs.
Grand Master Daher started the testing with a 3hrs
Instructors seminar, running candidates through all of the ITF Patterns from
beginner Tuls to advance Dan Tuls.
The promotion testing started with all Tuls being performed,
GM Daher promotion criteria is first and foremost a full knowledge of all ITF
Tuls.
GM Daher also pushes the candidates to the end of their physical boundaries with sparring criteria and 4 rounds of high intensity interval testing.

Our National association leading Australia and Asia in 2019
International United Taekwon-Do Association (AA) supported by Grand Master Michael Daher ITF Vice President set their sights on hosting a B Class umpire course in conjunction with the 144 IIC in China.
The newly approved Association planned to give its members the full opportunity of learning all aspects of our ITF systems.
Technical IIC training with Grand Masters & Technical Umpiring to assist in providing an increased performance of umpires in the Asian region.
The Members of this association supported this event with enthusiasm and
numbers, 67 umpires received umpire training certification. Many will
applicable for B Class certification through our online system.
ITF
Australia Senior Vice President and umpiring director Trevor McIntyre, agreed
to run this course for this association, many senior instructors were in
attendance and increased their knowledge of our umpiring procedures to a world
class level.
The course was
translated into Chinese language with the help of MR Liu Xin from the Association Mr Yu Xue Min is the umpiring director for this association, we
thank him for his efforts and expertise.
The course was
also translated through 2 helpful verbal translators Mrs Amanda Zhao Pei Yun from China and Mr C K Sun from Malaysia.
Throughout the course, the participants showed a keen interest in improving their professionalism, a skill required to umpire on a world-class level, included in this B Class training was specific training drills to practice all that is required to be a top-class umpire.

The participants
learn many aspects of our
umpiring system and have committed to the future improvement of umpires in
China.
Future planning should include umpire training B class for all developing countries with the plan that these umpires will one day seek further umpire training level A Class and an IUC when available.

Grand Master Daher has a reputation of being committed to Taekwon-do in the Oceanic region.
