A team of 12 competitors from Australia travelled across to compete in a lead up preparation to the ITF World Cup 2016.

World Champions Clinic

ITF Taekwon-do Australia President Master Daher organised a World Champions clinic for some of our NA members preparing for the ITF World Cup 2016 Budapest, Hungary.

The clinic was conducted by Master Dahers friends multiple times former World Champions of Karate, Boxing, Taekwon-do & kick boxing. Mr Adam and Mr Nelson spoke and gave an introduction training session on what it takes to become the best in the World.

The team was pushed to a new limit to experience and discover themselves on the level of a fighter pushing the limits when the body wants to stop and drawing on additional energies from the fighters mindset to push through and finish the job. The lesson today reiterates the importance of the mind before the body and what head coach Master El-Sheik referenced as the Black Belt Mindset during the squad training recently on the Gold Coast.

Master Daher has organised these clinics with Mr Adam, Mr Nelson and Boxing Works Sydney to be ongoing in the lead up to the up coming major international competitions.

We would like to thank Boxing Works Sydney (Kings Cross Gym) for hosting the team and offering their assistance and expertise training in our teams preparations leading up to the World Cup
