ITF PRESIDENT GRAND MASTER TRAJTENBERG ARRIVES IN AUSTRALIA

The President of The International Taekwon-do Federation Grand Master Trajtenberg accompanied by the ITF Chairman of the Technical Committee Grand Master Marano were warmly welcomed by the President of The Oceania Taekwon-do Federation & President ITF Taekwon-do Australia Master Michael Daher.

President Trajtenberg is here for the promotion of the 2018 ITF World Cup Gold Coast ahead of this weekends scheduled IIC. The 2018 ITF World Cup is being organised by Master Daher and his organising committee which is anticipated to attract thousands of the worlds best competitors to compete in one of the biggest ITF Competitions on the ITF calendar. The ITF President, Grand Masters & Masters will meet with the Gold Coast Mayor & officials in officially launching the 2018 ITF World Cup campaign.

The IIC being held on the Gold Coast 31 July – 2 August 2015 has 158 registered participants making it one of the largest IIC’s ever organised in the Oceania region. This IIC has special significance for our region with Master Paul McPhail from New Zealand making his debut on the ITF Technical Committee as part of the team with Grand Master Ung Kim Lan and chairman of techniques Grand Master Hector Marano.
